Traveled to a Sandals Resorts?

I am sure somewhere in the vastness of yahoo answers lies someone who has visited a Sandals resort. I am in charge of planning the honeymoon for my fiance and myself. We are looking at St. Lucia in particular.

I would like you to share your experiences. I can read all about the amenities but I really want to know what has been things that have stood out to you from your experience.

Thank you all.

Traveled to a Sandals Resorts?
I stayed at a Sandals in Jamaica when my son was married there. The rooms were probably a 3 star in American standards, the food was ok and plentiful, drinks were available, maid service ok, etc. There was a lot of entertainment, tours available, etc., so you always had something to do if you wanted to. This was an all inclusive resort. All in all, I would do it again.
Reply:everything nice at any Sandals resorts....the people, treatment, amenities, weather, etc....too numerous to mention
Reply:Well first off St. Lucia is a beautiful island. The advantage to staying at Sandals in St. Lucia is you have three to choose from. You can stay at one and use all the amenities at all three resorts. 16 different restaurants to choose from

The three resorts are very different and have very different personalities as well as differences in room types.

On our last trip we enjoyed taking a helicopter tour to the Pitons. We also loved going on the Brig Unicorn is a replica of a 18th century Brig, built in Finland in 1946. The ship has been used in the movies “Roots” and Johnny Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean, and many other documentaries. Lots of fun!

The best advise is to find a Certified Sandals Specialist that can give you lots of valuable information and they don't charge extra for it.
