About thong sandals....serious question girls....?

I have a brand new pair of thong sandals that I love, but after about 20 minutes or so they really begin hurting between my toes...anybody have any ideas on how to stop this? I'm very serious, they are SOOOOO cute but I end up limping!

About thong sandals....serious question girls....?
It could just be a bad fit. I've had that problem with a couple of pair of "thong sandals" before and it was always because they were a half size too small. Also try walking around the house in them in toe socks to break them in a little and get the rubber worn down.
Reply:you could try tying a ribbon on that part of the flip-flop or wear really cute toe socks if you want! lol
Reply:You haven't built up a thick skin between your toes. It will come in time.

Most people walk with them a little looser. Don't jam your toes fully in the thong part.Lots of people also take their toes out of the strap area when they sit or stand. The longer you keep youe toes around the thong part the more sweat that builds up. When the sweat builds up, if you haven't built up your callouses, it will hurt.
Reply:don't buy shoes that aren't comfortable even if it has bells and whistles. buy shoes you are comfortable wearing. or in your case sandals. Im 13 and i know that. sheesh
Reply:i think you could try putting band-aids around the thong part other than that i don't know what to do sorry.
Reply:You should tie a shoe string or a ribbon around that part. I had the same problem and it worked!
Reply:So sorry, I have never found a pair of thong sandals that are comfortable on me. I too love them, but can't wear them. I don't know if its the way I walk in them or what.
