its easy, first thing you will have to do is find out what is causing the smell. OK follow these directions to the tea, I don't mean make tea, I meant to say Tee. (never mind)
OK first off to find out what is causing the smell is do a taste test. Its the only true test.
If you taste: Pee, then Have the person stop Peeing on his shoe.
If you taste: Sugar, then enjoy!
The test for all is the same. You will just have to find out what the problem is.
So there is your true way of finding out the problem.

Reply:Use some dish detergent on a cloth. Wipe them clean with a cloth soaked in clear water. The part that is smelling is where his feet touch. Dirt, bacteria is causing the odor.
