I have Reef sandals with a small piece of metal which is intended to be a bottle opener. Anyone know if I will be able to wear these through security and onto the plane? By the way, I'm not a terrorist-- just a curious traveler who doesn't want to pack a pair of shoes just to get through airport security. THANKS
Are Reef Sandals with bottle openers in the bottom allowed through Airport Security??
You have to remove your shoes and put them through X-ray anyway. I think it would depend on how sharp the can opener part is if they let them through.
