Socks and sandals(adidas slides) are in style?

I hear alot of people say that socks with any sandals look bad, but most kids black white, ghetto, prep, are rocking their adidas or jordan or nike slides with socks and actually showing up to school like this usually in jeans. And these are alot of the jocks and popular kids. Is this happening anywhere Else besides the D.C. Area?

yea tons of girls at my school wear socks with their nike sandals...definitly in style in michigan
Reply:I've seen birkenstocks with socks but adidas sandals? I'd say that trend was definitely over like... 5 years ago.
Reply:My Jordan slides came with socks and I never wear them together. I dont care what anyone says, I think it is nerdy and uncool.

Reply:Well, its not going on in my area and frankly I think it looks bad. Don't wear socks and sandles. It's kinda like chocolate sauce on a hot dog, they don't go together.
Reply:That should NEVER be in style...I don't know about kids wearing such hideous things to school, b/c I'm a college graduate, but I haven't noticed that anywhere including the teen-bopper hang out called the mall. Interesting observation...maybe this means I'm getting old and "out of the loop" already.
