When shopping for sport sandals in the women section, should I look for sizes under men or women?

I like to shop online and I noticed when I try to buy women sport sandals, they (Amazon.com) only display what seems to imply men%26#039;s size.





For instance, I am size 11 (women) should I buy the women sandals at %26#039;10 M%26#039; or %26#039;11 M%26#039;? I read somewhere the M refers to %26#039;medium%26#039; of the narrowness of the shoe. I am not sure if the M might refer to %26#039;Men%26#039;.

AA = Narrow


M= Medium


W= Wide.





Or so I think (I%26#039;m a size 3 by US Standards, I%26#039;ve got my own shoe problems, lol).
