Leather Sandals.?

I have a pair of leather sandals that I have for years, I love them, but the problem is the leather is getting really stretched out. is there a way to %26quot;shrink%26quot; the leather so I can continue to wear them? I have tried getting them wet, that didn%26#039;t work. Any other ideas?

Leather Sandals.?
I thought getting leather wet was bad for them, maybe take them to a shoe repair store.
Reply:well don%26#039;t now
Reply:either buy new ones exactly like them or just leave them cuz ur sol
Reply:wet them really good and then dry them it should work
Reply:actually water alone doesn%26#039;t damage leather that much, but if it is hot, it does make the leather feel less soft, shrink and become hardened. so if you really want to shrink them, you have to pour HOT water over them, but be careful not to use too much hot water because once you do this, you can%26#039;t undo it, so use the water little by little so it shrink little by little.
