Is there such a thing as comfortable walking sandals that look good?

I need a pair of walking sandals that I can do 5-10 miles a day in, on concrete. If it were just about comfort alone, I%26#039;d get these Ecco sandals, because they feel amazing, but look how ugly they are! I need something with a 1-2 inch heel that is stylish enough that I can wear to dinner, yet comfortable enough to do several miles in.





Any suggestions???????? Price is no object if comfort and style are there!

Clarks are pretty good, too, and readily available. Their artisan line is better styled--some nice wedge heels.

Reply:well Crocs are REALLY comfy and crocs sell thonged sandals..but still ahve all the padding under your foot..but if your looking for a sandal with like backing liek those you showed.. i dont really like them... and you could NOT wear thsoe to dinner! the crocs one are more like a flipflop..if you really want a show with a backing and strap try a gladiator sandal you may be able to find some that ahve really good pading :)

^^Sport flats like these Puma ones seem like they%26#039;d be kinda more what you%26#039;re looking for. They%26#039;re cute enough to wear out, and they seem comfortable enough for a long walk!

i would reccomend gladiator sandals, they are as comfy as flip-flops but you don%26#039;t look like you don%26#039;t care about your appearence as you do when you wear flip-flops.
Reply:I find rope sandals great for walking in. Its like walking on a carpet. They are also salt water resistant so you could walk in the sea with them. When they get dirty just throw them into the washing machine
Reply:Just do what I do...but the shoes that are cute, and buy those pad things to put on the bottom of the shoe to make them feel better! :)
