Does barefeet and sandals only disgust you on people that you have seen before not that way?

I find it disgusting someone that I had seen with shoes before to see them with barefeet or sandals but yet if I meet a complete stranger for the first time and they are that way it does not seem to bother.

I don't find either bare feet or sandals disgusting.

In the climate where I live, people spend a lot of time in sandals in the summer, even in an office environment, and bare feet are perfectly acceptable almost anywhere.





I have no problem with them, unless they are dirty or smelly, in which case they can be offensive, but that is a matter of hygiene not appearance.

I usually don't pay attention to other's feet but I did notice a women in a bathroom stall next to me at the store today that could of used a couple pedicures.

Sandals aren't meant to be worn any other way. I would be more disgusted if it were just the bare feet with no sandal at all.

What brand of sandals are these, and where can I buy another pair?

I bought a pair of sandals at a store called ZCMI in Utah when they were going out of business, about 6 or 7 years ago, and by the time I realized how much I liked them, the brand name had already worn off the blue section under the heel. The tags had worn away too, so I have no idea what brand they are, or where I can get another pair. Can anyone tell me?

Should I wear Sandals to a jazz club?

Its a pretty casual place kinda near a university(I'm in my mid 20's/ male) and with it being warm out I was thinking of wearing my Adidas sport slides like this:

Reply:No. You have to wear heals, or closed shoes. ITs a jazz club, you'll dance and be unconfortable when you see that people are waering heals.

By your attention to your wardrobe..you're probably a sexy dude..keep it that way and save the slides for another time and place.
Reply:some clubs can be funny about how you dress. give them a call and ask if casual dress/sandals will be ok. so then u will know for sure.





alternatively, take two pairs of footwear...sandals and smart shoes. if the club refuses you entry to the sandals...just change into the smart shoes. best of luck

Reply:Don't wear the slides, I think those are for the track or gym or going to the park or walking the dog. Thong sandals and cargos would be fine for a casual club, though. Sounds good to me.
Reply:It should be okay but you may wish to call ahead just to make sure they have no specific requirements on footwear as Ive noticed even some casual clubs do when it comes to footwear and I'm not sure why.
